1. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value your time and our team’s commitment to your experience. To maintain the highest level of service:
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Late cancellations for services over 30 minutes will incur a late cancellation fee.
A second no-show results in the client losing the session or being charged a $60 fee.
No deposits are required at this time.
Bom Dia Spa Miami reserves the right to restrict future bookings for repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
2. Payments, Refunds & Credits
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Payments may be issued as store credit toward any other service.
Credits may be transferred to another client upon request.
Gift cards are transferable but non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals
To respect the next guest's time:
Your appointment may be shortened if you arrive late.

6. Laser Hair Removal Policies
For optimal results and safety:
Clients must arrive fully shaved to the treated area. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee or rescheduling.
No sun exposure or tanning for 7 days before and 7 days after treatment.
Clients with sunburned or compromised skin cannot be treated.
Results vary based on skin type, hair type, lifestyle, hormonal changes, medication, and adherence to aftercare.
7. Memberships & Auto-Renew Programs
Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.
Two active payment methods are required to maintain a membership in good standing.
Failed payments may result in paused sessions or membership suspension.
Membership credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another client.
8. Liability & Service Expectations
Bom Dia Spa Miami provides professional spa and wellness services; however, results may vary based on individual physiology, adherence to aftercare, lifestyle, vitamins, medications, and overall health.
No results are guaranteed.

A signed liability waiver is required prior to all services.
9. Photography & Marketing Consent
